Join us Monday, February 22nd to 28th from 6 am to 7 am for 7 consecutive days of mindfulness and meditation practice. ($17)

 

The intent? Simple, to begin. If you been wanting to meditate, but have been putting it off, here is a great opportunity to initiate your sitting practice.
