With all that is happening in our world, we need real ‘tools’ that can help us swim through oceanic challenges instead of relying on a doggy-paddle default that leaves us exhausted, and, at the end of the day, in the same place we started.  ELEVATE: BUILDING YOUR CAPACITY FOR PEACE teaches practices for inner transformation to give you the capacity to not only 'endure', but to do it with wisdom.

 Feel totally overwhelmed by balancing what is going on in the world with what you have to achieve in your work?

Feel on edge, jittery, or a lack of inner peace? Is it impacting the way you talk to yourself and others​?

Feel easily triggered these days and the effects last for a long period of time?

Feel an inner nagging that you cannot identify or name?

Think you have to fix it all, solve it all, know it all?

Have trouble ‘stopping’ your mind and find it harder to focus?

Feel like you are not making an impact or doing enough to make the world a better place​?

It's maddening when you want to feel calm or respond with a level head, but can't.  This is a sign we are being run by the mind, the emotions, or the body. It's why we need practices to tame the mind and calm the nervous system. Why, doing more of the same will not work.

The great news is, we have options. 

During this workshop, you'll learn to: 

Calm your nervous system, especially after a challenging or triggering event

Shift your mindset through tiny shifts in perspective that yield big results

Gain clarity by learning to ask questions that move you out of your limbic system

Dispel disempowering beliefs & guilt-inducing chatter (i.e. 'You should be doing more.', You're not doing enough.)

'Sit with' awareness of uncomfortable feelings rather than run from them

Grow an ELEVATE habit to practice for the next 30 days

What to Expect...

You'll learn mindfulness & meditation practices, breath practices, and experience creative journaling exercises to gain clarity and stop rumination. 

You'll talk and share with others, while also engaging in intensive practices that will serve you for life. You can expect breakouts and lots of practice. We learn best through experience, laughter, and truth-telling in a safe space, so we've designed this workshop with empathy and connection in mind. Connection increases our capacity, will and desire to strive toward peace.
